About Us
We are a small, NP-founded and -managed primary care practice. We have been practicing as NPs for many years and decided to launch our own independent practice in 2024. Currently, we are located within Tranquility Wellness Center while we work towards a space of our own. Tranquility Wellness offers a holistic and relaxing setting for primary care which we value in our practice. Walking into our office is not like walking into a typical doctor's office – we want your experience to be unique and personal just like the care we provide.

Catherine Jones Figueroa
DNP, FNP-C
Catherine is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. Catherine is fluent in Spanish and has extensive experience working in Primary Care and Family Medicine. She is passionate about providing quality care and values her relationships with colleagues and patients alike.
Simone De Oliveira
MS, FNP-BC
Simone is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Masters of Science of Nursing. Simone is fluent in Portuguese and has been working in Primary Care and Family Medicine for over 20 years. Her professional career began as a Medical Assistant and she worked her way towards her NP license in 2017.

Catherine Jones is one of the best PCP I've seen in a very long time. Id even say shes better than several Dr's ive seen or had in a long time. Shes patient, understanding, gives you time to talk and explain your symptoms/medical problems. Shes quick with getting Approvalals for other Specialist or Dr's..She returns messages and questions pretty much by the end of the day if not before. I have PTSD caused by a Dr or two. I feel very comfortable with Catherine. So if your looking for a caring PCP, Give her a call at " Back To Basics " in Westford Mass ...
